Interpretations of the Austrian-based pianist, Jovana Kosanovic, have been highly praised and described by the press as "reaching the metaphysical-sacral spheres". She performs as a soloist, chamber musician, and with orchestras.

Jovana is the prize-winner of over 40 international piano competitions, including first prizes at the "International Magnus Piano Competition dedicated to Franz Liszt" in Lithuania, "Città di Oleggio" and "Premio Monterosa-Kawai" in Italy, Special Prizes "Naxos in Musica" and "Luisa Festa Raiteri," as well as top prizes at prestigious international piano competitions such as "Béla Bartók" and "Martha Debelli" in Austria, "Franz Liszt Center" in Spain, "Isidor Bajic" in Serbia, "Radovljica" in Slovenia, "Karlovac" in Croatia, "Roma" in Italy, "Nouvelles Etoiles" in France, among others.

She has had numerous performances both domestically and internationally, including in Italy, Germany, Greece, Austria, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Croatia, Poland, Lithuania, Slovenia, among others. She has performed at renowned festivals such as "Astana Piano Passion," "San Daniele Piano Meeting," "Karlovac Piano Festival," "Bunt," "Musiktage Seefeld," "30th Sommermusik im Oberen Nagoldtal" and "SOMUS." In 2013, she made her orchestral debut at the Kolarac Hall in Belgrade, Serbia. Her performances have been broadcasted by television channels such as RTS, RTV, Mezzo, and Astana TV, among others.

She has participated in various masterclasses, learning from renowned professors and pianists such as Jacques Rouvier, Natalia Trull, Robert Levin, Milana Chernyavska, Grigory Gruzman, Boris Bloch, Anne Queffélec, Aquilles Delle Vigne, Wolfgang Manz, and Andrzej Jasinski. In 2015, she was invited to the international masterclass and festival "San Daniele Piano Meeting," where she had the opportunity to perform concerts in various castles in Northern Italy.

In 2021, Jovana was awarded the scholarship from the Swiss "Clavarte" Fund. Additionally, during her studies, she received numerous scholarships from the City of Graz and the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz for her exceptional achievements, including “Begabtenstipendium” and “Sonderstipendium” from the City of Graz, as well as “Leistungsstipendium” and “Jahresstipendium” from the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, among many others. She has also been honored in Serbia for her achievements with scholarships and awards, including the Ministry of Education scholarship for exceptionally gifted students, the "Dositeja" Fund prize, and the cultural award from the Government of the Vojvodina Province.

Jovana Kosanovic was born in 1997 in Sombor, Serbia. She graduated with honors from her Bachelor's studies in Piano and Instrumental Pedagogy at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz. In 2022, she participated in the scientific "Blended Intensive Project" at the Royal Conservatoire Den Haag. Currently, she is pursuing Master's degrees in Piano and Instrumental Pedagogy at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Milana Chernyavska. Her passion for music education has led her to teach piano at the Clara Schumann Music School, as well as undertaking a mentoring position for pedagogical piano students at the Robert Schumann University of Music in Düsseldorf, Germany, during 2022/23. Her students have won numerous prizes at national and international competitions. In 2023, she founded her piano class at the Johann-Joseph-Fux Conservatory in Graz, Austria.
